"The Father" by the French playwright Florian Zeller is an absolute hit on the theatrical scenes of New York, Paris, Berlin, and London. The virtuoso storyline immerses the main hero Andre in a world of branching identities. In front of the viewer, the labyrinth of human memories and emotions continually complicates its codes, moves its rescue exits with tension and the atmosphere of an exciting thriller and absurd comic situations. With every act Anna, Pierre, Laura, the Woman, and the Man take on unfamiliar orbits, change their biographies, and set new versions for what is happening around them. So the Unknown is slowly layered in Andre’s apartment until the truth bursts out in the end.
