Graduated from The National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts "Kr. Sarafov" (NATFA) in 2009 in the class of Prof. Plamen Markov and Assoc. Prof. Ivaylo Hristov.
She made her first steps on the professional stage in the Bulgarian Army Theatre and the Theatre-Laboratory Sfumato. She has also performed at the drama theatres in Plovdiv, Sliven and Haskovo. Among her memorable roles are: Juliet in "Romeo and Juliet" by Shakespeare, Mila in "V Polite na Vitosha" by Peyo Yavorov, Izabeta in "Decameron" by Giovanni Boccaccio, Yerma in "Yerma" by Federico García Lorca, Nastasya Filipovna in "Idiot" based on the novel by Fyodor M. Dostoevsky, Honey in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf" by Edward Albee, Laura in "The Glass Menagerie" by Tennessee Williams and Bojanka in "The Iron Lighthouse" by Dimitar Talev.
In 2017 she became part of the troupe of the Ivan Vazov National Theatre where among her roles are: Katya in "Delhi Dance" by Ivan Viripaev, Sara in "The Lover" by Harold Pinter, Ana in "The Father" by Florian Zeller, Olga in "Jeanne" by Jaroslava Pulinovich.
Radina Kardzhilova is also popular with her roles in cinema and television series.
She won the Icarus Award 2018 for a leading actress for the role of Catherine in "Delhi Dance" by Ivan Viripaev and the ASKEER Award 2019 for a leading actress for Sara's role in "The Lover" by Harold Pinter.
