Iliana Kodzhabasheva

Graduated from the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts "Kr. Sarafov" (NATFA) in 2008, in the class of Prof. Stefan Danailov. She joined Ivan Vazov National Theatre in 2009 and marked her stage debut with the role of Clarissa in Carlo Goldoni's comedy "The Servant of Two Masters".

Among her most notable theatrical roles are: Celimene in Moliere's "Misanthrope", Bertha in August Strindberg's "The Father", "The Blue Bird" in the eponymous play by Maurice Maeterlinck, Dina in Dorota Maslovska's "We Are All Right", Elena in Maxim Gorky's "A Charming Summer With Its Inevitable Troubles", Lea Felt in Arthur Miller's "The Ride Down Mt. Morgan", The Woman in Konstantin Iliev's "The Observers (Hypothesis about the underworld)", Maria in Dimitar Dimov's "The Culprit", Bertha Sorbu in Henrik Ibsen's "The Wild Duck".
